Description
and
instructions for using the caregiver's log
The
Caregiver’s Log
will help employer tell an
employee what to do or what he/she may not have done as requested,
write assignments, and remember important dates and appointments,
such as birthdays, children’s play dates, school holidays, elderly
doctor’s appointments and
more.
It will also help caregivers
keep a daily log of activities and descriptions of what happened
with the people they are caring for and what they need for the next
day.
Employers will no longer have to
worry about making sure they’ve verbally communicated all
the minute details with their
caregiver/employee because they can easily see a written record of
the day-to-day
activities of their children or aging parents. The family's
physician and
pediatrician will also appreciate this great tool.
The Caregiver‘s Log
glossary is translated into
three languages: English, French, and Spanish.
It contains:
1.

Here, the family writes down
all their house rules, whether it is about food, their children’s
play dates or elderly parents’ medical needs.
2.
Employer's note and assignment
pages:
Here, employers can give
instructions, remind, and
congratulate caregivers.
3.

agenda for important dates.
4.
Caregiver's daily note pages:

event, and what may be needed
for the next day.
5.

activities, where they took place, and their
cost, if applicable – for
example, the cost of gifts and transportation to a child’s birthday
party.

of the month pages:
Here Employers and their
caregivers can summarize
the most important assignments and events at the end of each month.
